一、本校外國學生之申請以線上報名為原則。請申請人透過 Goggle 表單填寫基本資料，再上傳包括已簽名的申請表、身份證明、學歷證明、成績單、推薦信等相關申請文件。線上申請窗口為：
Please apply on online at the website below. While doing so, please fill in all required personal information within the designated Google Form and upload related documents such as signed application, certificates for identity, academic credentials, transcript, and recommend letters, etc.

二、申請人如無法連網，必須採傳統郵寄或其他方式遞交申請書表時，必須在申請截止日前(2020年7月16日)以實體郵件或電子檔掃描將申請所需文件寄達本校，逾期繳交或缺件恕不受理。實體文件請郵寄或親送至下列地址
If applicants do not have accesses to the internet, and have to send applications via physical mails, please express mail all applications and required documents before the deadline to the address below. It might take a long time mailing hard copy documents from your country to Taiwan, therefore, please do it as early as possible.
